信用卡突然多了一笔可疑交易
某天，突然发现信用卡多了一笔29.95美元的交易，然后仔细想了下，确实不是我个人的交易。
这时，我就在想，不会是我的信用卡被盗用了吧？
戏剧性的是，当我查看以往交易记录的时候，才发现，该交易商https://resumecoach.com/在之前也有一笔0.85美元的交易。
然后，我又仔细回想了下，原来之前那笔0.85美元是我把信用卡借给同事，同事用信用卡消费的，这时，这笔应该也是他消费的。
接着，我就和我那位同事确认了，结果这笔29.95美元不是他故意消费的，而是他忘了关自动订阅，被网站自动扣费了。
解决过程
首先，我联系了信用卡客服，让信用卡客服帮我处理，结果信用卡客服第一时间冻结我的卡，避免给我带来更多损失，至于钱能不能申请退回来，银行说他们会联系，但是不保证百分百能退出来。
其次，我让我那位朋友联系了https://resumecoach.com/这个网站的客服，国外基本都是邮件沟通，所以，我那位同事发了封退款申请的邮件给那个网站，邮件的内容大致如下：
Hello, I found that on January 5, 2023, there was a charge of $29.95 in my account. After verification, the payment belonged to the automatic subscription of www.resumecoach.com and was paid from the credit card linked to the account. However, This subscription is not what I wanted and I sincerely request your company to refund my $29.95.

然后，我就耐心等待，周二发的邮件，周六的时候，款项终于退回来了，那个网站同时发了封邮件:
